Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed before 12PM PST Monday through Friday ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12PM PST will ship the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
We primarily ship via USPS, but also use FedEx and UPS depending on the package size and destination.
We use the following carriers:
- USPS - Our primary shipping carrier for most orders
- FedEx - Used for some larger shipments
- UPS - Used for some larger shipments
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
Remember that all regular orders placed before 12PM PST Monday-Friday ship out the same day, which gets your package moving quickly!
For wholesale orders:
- All wholesale orders ship within 1-2 business days
- Truckload orders may take 3-5 business days to arrange freight
- If you have a preferred freight carrier, we can accommodate your request
- Otherwise, we'll use our preferred carrier and the buyer is responsible for freight costs
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period:
- Contact our customer support team immediately
- We'll initiate a trace with the carrier
- Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you suspect your package is lost.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- You must have proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@discountpantry.com.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact our customer support team at help@discountpantry.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your photos
We strive to handle damaged item claims as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
- Take a photo of the incorrect item
- Contact our customer support team at help@discountpantry.com
- We'll arrange for return shipping at our expense
- Once confirmed, we'll ship the correct item to you

Product Questions
Our products are genuine, shelf-ready items that we source through various channels:
- Excess inventory from retailers and manufacturers
- Package updates that result in previous inventory being sold at a discount

All items are guaranteed authentic and in the condition described in the product listing.
At DiscountPantry.com, we're transparent about expiration dates for all applicable products:
- All expiration information is clearly listed in the product title and description
- If a product has a short expiration date or is past its "best by" date, this will be explicitly mentioned
- We ensure all expiration information is accurate so you can make informed purchasing decisions

We offer several product formats:
- Single Units - Individual items at discounted prices
- Bundle Packs - Multiple items grouped together for additional savings
- Case Packs - Full cases of the same product (often for wholesale)
Product listings clearly state the quantity and format. Bundle packs are an excellent way to save even more on products.
Account & Orders
You can track your order in several ways:
- Log into your DiscountPantry.com account and view your order history
- Click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
- Contact our customer support team with your order number
Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of order placement.
Because we process orders quickly:
- Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placement
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified or canceled
- If you need to make changes after this window, you'll need to return the order once received
