Shipping & Delivery

How does same-day shipping work?

All orders placed before 12PM PST Monday through Friday ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12PM PST will ship the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

We primarily ship via USPS, but also use FedEx and UPS depending on the package size and destination.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use the following carriers:

  • USPS - Our primary shipping carrier for most orders
  • FedEx - Used for some larger shipments
  • UPS - Used for some larger shipments
How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Remember that all regular orders placed before 12PM PST Monday-Friday ship out the same day, which gets your package moving quickly!

What about wholesale shipping?

For wholesale orders:

  • All wholesale orders ship within 1-2 business days
  • Truckload orders may take 3-5 business days to arrange freight
  • If you have a preferred freight carrier, we can accommodate your request
  • Otherwise, we'll use our preferred carrier and the buyer is responsible for freight costs
What happens if my package gets lost?

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period:

  1. Contact our customer support team immediately
  2. We'll initiate a trace with the carrier
  3. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you suspect your package is lost.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • You must have proof of purchase

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact our customer support team at help@discountpantry.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We'll offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your photos

We strive to handle damaged item claims as quickly as possible.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

  1. Take a photo of the incorrect item
  2. Contact our customer support team at help@discountpantry.com
  3. We'll arrange for return shipping at our expense
  4. Once confirmed, we'll ship the correct item to you

What's the difference between single units and bundles?

How do I qualify for wholesale pricing?

To qualify for wholesale access:

  1. Submit an application through our Wholesale Portal
  2. Provide your resale certificate or business documentation
  3. Our team will verify your information within 1-2 business days
  4. Once approved, you'll have access to case packs and pallet deals

Wholesale accounts receive special pricing and access to exclusive bulk inventory.

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantities vary by category:

  • Supplements: 12 units minimum
  • Beauty: 24 units minimum
  • Grocery: 48 units minimum

These minimums apply to each category in your order, not each individual product.

What's included in your pallet deals?

Our pallet deals offer maximum savings for resellers:

  • 600-800+ items per pallet depending on product category
  • Mixed brands, all shelf-ready with retail packaging
  • Typical savings of 50-70% off retail pricing
  • Detailed manifest provided with each pallet

Pallets are available in category-specific options (Beauty, Grocery, etc.) or mixed categories.

How are wholesale orders shipped?

For wholesale shipping:

  • All wholesale orders ship within 1-2 business days
  • Truckload orders may take 3-5 business days to arrange freight
  • You may use your preferred freight carrier if desired
  • Otherwise, we'll use our preferred carrier and you'll be responsible for freight costs

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in several ways:

  2. Click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
  3. Contact our customer support team with your order number

Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of order placement.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly:

  • Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placement
  • Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified or canceled
  • If you need to make changes after this window, you'll need to return the order once received
