PAYMENT METHODS

At Discount Pantry, we accept the following payment methods:

PAYMENT TIMING

• Your card is charged immediately when you place an order, not at the time of dispatch.
• Payment must be received in full before shipment.
• Orders received before noon PST (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to our rapid order processing:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
• To request a cancellation, contact help@discountpantry.com with your order number.
• We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed for shipping.
• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
